Hynerpeton was a giant tetrapod and might be an anphibian. It lived in the Devonian Period period and had features of both fish and amphibians.

Fossil Record Edit

Unfortunately, the fossil record bears little of Hynerpeton. The only fossils come from Pennsylvania, which include the front portion of the body and ribs. From these bones, scientists have estimated Hynerpeton between one and two meters (3 and 6 feet) long.
